CHIPBOARD CRUDE BOARDS
Boards manufactured from 100% wood material, glued together with synthetic glues, E1 emission class. The surface of the boards is honed. Crude edge boards or groove and tongue versions may be honed, cut, drilled, milled by standard woodworking tools and further finish by veneering, laminating, etc. Use: furniture industry, construction industry, production of assembled structures.
CHIPBOARD LAMINATED BOARDS
Chipboard boards with a cover layer – decorative paper infused with synthetic resin. Laminated boards are used in all aspects of furniture manufacturing and interior decorations, primarily when resistant surfaces are required.

CRUDE MDF BOARDS
MDF boards are medium tough fibreboards with density of approximately 740 kg/m3 (in respect of pressured boards of 18 mm), the basic raw material for the production of MDF boards is spruce wood. The structure of MDF boards allows for a quality treatment of the surface by milling cutting and varnishing.
MDF, HDF VARNISHED BOARDS
Laminated fibreboards are fibreboards glued with the phenol resin, with the layer of laminating paper with melamine resin stuck to the outside. They are used for coating of partitions and door, in the furniture manufacturing for rather small back sides and bottoms of drawers.
OSB – ORIENTED STRAND BOARDS
OSB boards are three-layer construction wood based boards made of compressed flat chips (mostly pine). Use: timber constructions, primarily floor, roof and ceiling structures, packaging, casing.
CONSTRUCTION – PACKAGING PLYWOOD
Plywood pine boards, glued by water resistant glue without any significant requirements for surface quality. They are ideal for a wide range of uses, for example production of packaging, drywall products, casing of smooth finished concretes.
CONSTRUCTION WATERPROOF PLYWOOD
Waterproof plywood is large scale plywood material, made of an odd number of veneers, mutually glued vertically to the direction of fibres by a formaldehyde glue. They are made of local coniferous wood, primarily spruce and pine.
Properties: strength and flexibility given the volume weight, dimensional stability
Use: construction and joinery production, flooring, wooden packaging, construction industry, agriculture
This is water resistant plywood, made of hardwood and coniferous wood, with the surface treated with phenolic foil. Plywood is made in two versions: plywood with surface covered on both sides with a smooth foil, and plywood with one side covered with smooth foil and the other side covered with anti-slip layer. Lateral edges are painted to prevent moisture accumulation.

Plywood for general use (joinery) is large size wood based plywood, formed by mutual and vertical gluing of an odd number of peeled veneers. They are made of local coniferous wood (spruce, pine), glued by the urea-formaldehyde glue. Plywood is intended for interior (dry) environments.
Properties: high firmness and flexibility given the volume weight, dimensional stability
Use: suitable for the use in interiors (plywood is not resistant against a long-term impact of water) for example construction and joinery manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, toy production, musical instruments production, production of packaging, etc.
Glued laminated timber, glulam, are boards manufactured by gluing of timber layers. They are made in versions: glulam or joined glulam (dovetail), from hard large leaves wood (beech, oak) and soft coniferous wood (spruce, pine). They are suitable for the manufacturing of staircases, furniture, work tops, etc.
SOLID WOOD PANELS
Solid wood panels are made of three layers that are glued together transversely. The gluing provides for a significantly increased stability of boards against cambering and torsion. The boards are intended for the manufacturing of interior equipment, furniture, etc.
EDGES TO BOARD MATERIAL
High quality thermoplastic ABS edges complying with environmental criteria and protected by UV philtre against fading increase the quality of the final product and became a standard level in the furniture manufacturing. Laminated edges made of impregnated varnished decoration paper. Veneered edges from cut natural veneers connected into an endless roll and strengthened by a layer of hot-melt adhesive or fleece.
